Peter Kent BA(Arch)  DipArch   DipCHSM  AMRSPH  RIBA

Peter obtained both his degree and his part 2 diploma in Architecture at the University of Bristol.  He also has a Diploma in Construction Health and Safety Management from The Royal Society of Health (now the Royal Society for Public Health).  Peter has completed the RIBA course on the CDM Regulations and also courses on Access Auditing, and the Party Wall Act, as well as undertaking well in excess of the 35hour minimum yearly requirements of the RIBA for Continuing Professional Development.

Clare Kent  BSc (SocSci) PGCE  HNC

After obtaining her degree in Geography and her Post Graduate Certificate in Education from the University of Bristol Clare taught in various Secondary Schools,  while bringing up three boys and  acting as Practice Administrator.  Since taking a break from teaching, Clare has passed an HNC in Garden Design at Lackham College, and as well as undertaking all the  accounting and administration she also carries out landscaping and garden design within the Practice.

Caroline Ferris BA (Arch)

Caroline spent two years at Southampton University studying Architecture with Engineering before transferring to Portsmouth University to complete her RIBA Part 1 qualification in 2010 before joining the Practice in August 2010.

Mark Clifford BSc

The Practice is presently sponsoring Mark  through his RIBA Part 2 qualification at the University of West of England. Mark completed his Part 1 degree at Bath University and has worked with the Practice on and off for around 10 years. Mark expects to return to the Practice on completing his diploma in June 2011, ready to complete his Part 3 qualification as a registered Architect in 2012.

Tom Kent  BArch MArch

Peter and Clare’s middle son has both Bachelors and Masters degrees in Architecture from Cardiff University and has worked with the Practice in the past, notably as Project Manager for the construction of Featherbrook, the Practice office and Peter and Clares’ home. Tom is working towards his final Part 3 exams to qualify as a Registered Architect. Tom is also an accomplished furniture designer and maker.
